We value your satisfaction and want you to love your purchase. Please review our returns and refunds policy carefully before completing your order.
1. Overview
Because each item is carefully printed and packaged to order, we have a limited return and refund policy.
We only accept returns or issue refunds if:
- The item arrived damaged, or
- The item was received in the wrong size or color from what was ordered.
Outside of these two circumstances, all sales are final.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or replacement:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- You must provide photo evidence of the damage or incorrect item (size/color) when submitting your return request.
If the issue is verified, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product or sending a replacement.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Items that have been worn, used, or washed
- Orders placed with the correct size/color that match the purchase receipt
4. Return Process
If your order qualifies for a return:
- Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue.
- Once approved, we will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- After the return is received and inspected, we’ll send a confirmation email and process your replacement or refund (if applicable).
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued for:
- Orders that arrive damaged beyond repair, or
- Incorrect size/color orders that cannot be replaced.
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Exchanges
If you received the wrong size or color, we’ll happily send a replacement at no additional cost once the incorrect item is verified.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging it arrived in
- The shipping label
We’ll replace the item or issue a refund depending on the situation.
